One goal of INDULGE from the beginning has been to create a rise together culture.

In the last few years we have seen a huge growth in what I’ll call the influencer community (bloggers, biz babes who have created community online). This community too has a rise together mentality. They support and empower each other. It’s so freakin cool.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to host these babes at @lululemon on the @countryclubplaza for a sweat + shop. It elevates relationships to meet in person, hug it out, move together and breath together.

Thank you @matt_roy for highlighting my strength. I’m so damn proud to be a strong woman.

My journey to wellness has taken me YEARS on YEARS on YEARS! It went from smokin cigs and drinking every night to focusing on a good nights sleep to where I am now. I focus on living a lifestyle that makes me feel good and it’s not just about my body. It’s about my mind, the people I spend time with, the way I treat others, whether I sleep well, how I handle stress (not real well to be honest). I often don’t nail it but I always work towards it.

I get asked a lot of questions about my lifestyle and best practices but I rarely share much about them here. Maybe it’s because I don’t consider myself an expert and that’s why I’ve coined myself as WELLNESS CURIOUS. But I have made a long journey and intend to start sharing more of that experience and current practices with you.

Thank you all for always supporting and cheering me in through my journey. I see you and I’m so dang grateful. You make it more fun.
